Mom had two classic comments about parenting; I heard these over and over and over again. They're both spot on.
"You'll never really know how much you can love a child until you have your own."
and,
"When they are little, they're on your hands;
when they're grown, they're on your heart."
when they're grown, they're on your heart."
Nothing else need be said....

ReplyDeleteAll things she said over and over. And the one about, "You never back a kid into a corner. Leave him/her room to save face."
