Eating Green

Every now and then it's time to head to Uwajimaya and get lost in the produce section. Amazing. Fun. Inspiring.





And, these were just some of the green things. Orange, purple, rust, red, and yellow; all for another time.

  2. Oh, all those greens. They're awesome! Green is my disabled daughter's favorite color. Bok choy. 99% of the checkers at the store don't know what it is! But it's great in a zucchini casserole that I've modified a bit from the original.

    Raw of course is best.

    In browsing blogs of my followers, I somehow got over here. So now I've met you. You sound like a busy lady (from your profile). Mother, wife, and doctor. Wow! My mother died at age 97; I was able to be near her during her later years. I was 68 when she passed away in 2003.
