As for the $12 IRS refund and the anticipated purchase of gourmet marshmallows, once I got a look at this box of gourmet "soft" peanut brittle made by Bruttles, a local candy shop in Spokane, the plans changed. These little bites of heaven are highly addictive and probably a better value for the price than those marshmallows. Always careful with my refund check now....
