I saw 24 patients in the hospital today; it took me 12 hours to finish my work. When I got in the car to drive home, the tears blinded me; for them and for me.
Is this a typical day or did something major happen? A big mulit-car accident? Did you get a chance to get some rest before heading back out today (i know, I should not even ask. Perhaps there is never enough rest for that kind of day). Hope things are better today.
