I laughed out loud. How can these ancient sites be 'on strike'? What does that mean exactly? In a 21st century context? Glad you got to see both these ancient and remarkable places.
Tristan is here. He says the Greeks go on strike all the time...not a big deal with them! He's never been to Greece and not had to deal with a strike, but he says they like to make money so they usually strike only when it is convenient for them and not too much tourists traveling!
