We've had a wonderful weekend at Tina and Wayne's home in Vancouver, joined by Heather and Chris. Despite the intermittent rain, we did make it to the
Japanese Gardens in Portland and
Multonmah Falls. Thanks to Tina for sharing her photographs with me. My camera was nowhere to be found when I packed for the trip.

A very good day was had by all.
I am hoping to be able to attend a conference in Portland, Oregon next summer. I will have to go to those Japanese gardens. I don't know how far the falls are from Portland. I love waterfalls. Tina
ReplyDeleteOh, beautiful! I meant the scenery. The dumplings look awesome, but I don't know how I'd ever finish them. Love Tad's sign.
ReplyDeleteGlad to see you are out enjoying yourself - it's been a hard couple of weeks for you.
Love to see you smiling. And eating nurturing food. The pictures are beautiful.
ReplyDeleteThere is no better, more satisfying comfort food on earth than good chicken and dumplings.
