Personal Thought for the Day #20

Waffles with maple syrup washed down with 2 cups of coffee at breakfast followed by a lunch consisting of steak fries, catsup and sugar free Sierra Mist soda is probably not the diet designed to encourage max "brain power" on the job today.


  1. I have been hungry for carbs, too ~ pancakes, waffles, or French toast on the week-ends and the leftovers during the week for lunch. Just about every time we cook on the grill we throw on sliced potatoes and onions drizzled with olive oil and wrapped securely in foil. Oh, the best. I make extra so we have enough for fried potatoes another meal. I'm making myself hungry!
